The steps for those who would like to join the ECR Hungary Association:
1. Please fill out the form of „Declaration for admission ”
(please click the to the link) and make sure it is signed by the
director(s)/officer(s) who is (are) registered and authorised for this
at the court of registration and please attach a valid copy (copies)
of the signature verification sheet(s) that is (are) issued for the company that wishes to join ECR by the person(s) signing the „Declaration for admission”.
2. Please send the filled and signed documents scanned electronically via e-mail as an attachment to the following addresses:

of the document called „Declaration for admission” and a photocopy of
the signature verification sheet to the following address via mail.

The documents will be submitted to the next Presidium meeting or
General meeting of ECR where a formal decision will be made to approve
the request for the membership.
5. The result of the decision will be communicated to the indicated contact of the company that has submitted the request.

We shall send further documents and information to help the full
integration into the ECR Association and its working groups depending
on the interests of the company accepted by the Presidium and the
details of how to pay the membership fee.

Before becoming a member of ECR Hungary Assocciation the authorised representative of the future member must know the By-Laws !
